Role Description

Job Purpose
• His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers
• He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints
• He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region

Key Performance Indicators
• Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
• Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their in office proficiency
• Pitch recent products and ensure new products training and product usage
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints
• Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy




• Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors • Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential - • Full time Regular Day Course Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks • Engineers will not be considered Desired
- MBA Marketing Previous Experience Essential
• Fresher will also be considered Desired • Work experience in related area of 05
- 1 years would be preferred Functional Competencies
• Age: Less than 25 years • Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status • Comfort with basic MS Office for reporting purposes • Fluency in English, Hindi and any regional language is an added advantage Behavioral Competencies • Good Communication • Confident and pleasant personality • Good selling and convincing skills Additional Requirements • Should own and use a bike as the geography entails a lot of travel • Good knowledge of geography will be an added benefit
