Key Responsibilities

- Assist in production, quality, technical, or purchase functions based on business requirements.
- Learn and understand bearing manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Good communication skills in English and Gujarati.




- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
