Position: Japanese Language Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Japanese Language Teacher to train employees in Japanese language proficiency and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging training sessions for learners with different proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Japanese language training sessions for employees.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and training schedules.
- Design and deliver lessons with clear language and learning objectives.
- Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and conversation skills.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, tests, and regular evaluations.




- Provide constructive feedback and individual learning support.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
- Support employees in preparing for JLPT examinations.
- Create an interactive and engaging classroom environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Gender: Female (Preferred)
- Experience: 0 - 3 Years
- Education: Any Graduate
- JLPT Certification: N3 or above (N2/N1 will be an added advantage)
- Robust command of Japanese grammar and communication.
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: 3.0 3.6 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
