Purpose/Objective

To drive PNG household penetration in the GA through strategic builder tie-ups, RWA engagement, and development of a scalable sales channel (DMA/FSO), ensuring sustained connection growth.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Builder & Developer Engagement: • Identify and onboard real estate developers/builders: - Secure inclusion of PNG in recent projects - Develop partnerships with construction companies RWA & Housing Society Engagement: • Engage with RWAs and housing societies: - Conduct awareness sessions and onboarding drives - Build relationships with society management committees Channel Network Development: • Build and manage channel network: - Appoint and monitor DMA (Direct Marketing Agencies) - Supervise and guide FSO (Field Sales Officers) - Ensure channel productivity and performance Sales Target Management: • Drive daily/weekly connection targets through field teams • Monitor and improve: - Lead generation pipeline - Conversion ratios - Installation timelines Marketing & Promotional Activities: • Execute door-to-door campaigns and promotional drives • Identify high-density pockets for focused penetration Customer Onboarding: • Ensure customer onboarding experience:



- Documentation support - Activation follow-up - Customer satisfaction tracking Stakeholder Management: • Liaise with operations, projects, and customer service teams for seamless execution • Support regulatory and compliance requirements for domestic connections

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.
E.
) in any field, with MBA / PGDM (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Domestic/Residential Sales & Marketing roles Experience in channel management, B2C sales preferred Strong exposure to real estate partnerships, customer acquisition CGD industry experience preferred Preferred Industry: Experience in the City Gas Distribution (CGD) sector and related industries such as energy, utilities, or infrastructure is highly preferred.
