Qualification

- ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) Mandatory
- Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage
- HVAC certification will be preferred

Experience

- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in installation, servicing, and maintenance of Air Conditioning & HVAC systems.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Cleanroom, Laboratory, or Industrial HVAC systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning systems, including Split, Window, VRV/VRF, Ductable, and Package Units.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC system faults efficiently.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted equipment performance.




- Carry out refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, compressor replacement, and other HVAC-related repairs.
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support at client sites.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers for smooth execution of service activities.
- Maintain accurate service reports and submit them within the defined timelines.
- Follow all safety guidelines while carrying out field service activities.
