About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Panel Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with technical solutions related to LT/HT electrical panels and control panel systems. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle€”from requirement understanding and proposal preparation to client engagement and relationship management, while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure segments




- Promote and sell electrical panel solutions (LT/HT/control panels)
- Understand client requirements and provide technical solution support
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal design and costing teams for solution alignment
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Support negotiations and ensure timely closure of orders
- Provide post-sales coordination to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical panel systems and applications
- Experience in technical sales / solution sales (electrical panels preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with solid relationship-building ability
- Problem-solving and technical support capability
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
