Requirement:

- Hands On Experience in designing , implementing, monitoring of application adaptation of healthcare applications within the organization, with at least 2 years in a Senior role involving direct engagement with Clinical Teams Stakeholders Multi Specialty Hospital Provider ecosystem
- Must have experience of having implemented at least One Full Cycle PACS / RIS Stack Deployment project in large Hospitals.
- Must have Hands-On experience on at least One PACS-RIS products and associated systems
- Multilingual spoken & written skill sets (English & Gujarati)
- Good Communication Skills MIS & Reporting, Project Management, Collaboration Applications & Tools
- Basic knowledge of Database Structures and should be able to do basic scripting for better services delivery to clients
- Good Communication & Teaching Skills for managing End User Trainings and preparation of Training Documents
- Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards
- Manage critical business user incidents, associated to customer communication, activities and any appropriate escalations
- Provide information about incidents analysis and KPIs
- Build a knowledge and train new members on the implementation and support front
- Build services relationship with customers and conduct service reviews for key customers. Review performance reports, service improvements, service quality and processes
- Provide management and performance reports. Senior lead must guide new joiner or existing members to manage and delivery their KRA

Responsibilities

- Coordination with Client & preparation of Change requests
- Performing the GAP / fitment analysis of client requirements.
- Given training to different user groups in the Radiology / Imaging Departments




- Troubleshooting and testing the application through various test & use cases.
- Publishing of Issue trackers to support & development teams
- Regular progress review meetings with client, offshore teams. Publishing of MoM.
- Getting Implementation signoff and smooth transition from project to support team
- Trouble shooting and managing the live application environment
- Master Data setup
- Providing the required test data for the developers in order to fix the defects.
- Execute the implementation from data gathering, training to go-live, support and handover
- Liaison between the product, helpdesk and hospital users to ensure a smooth transition
- Ensure documentation of processes, procedures, milestones and sign-offs
- Develop SoPs, templates, guidelines and a complete knowledge repository for implementation and training
- Providing the required test data for the developers in order to fix the defects.
- Assigned the tasks of tracking defects found at software release phase and develop test data to be used in software development life cycle.
- Support the End Users on their Client Computing Issues

- Validation of all system MIS reports, its correctness & accuracy, and its submission to respective stake holders at predefined periodicity
- Escalation of ticket/issues to respective OEMs & its resolution as per OEMs SLA
- Training of iHIS Application to various stake holders of the Hospital
- Role includes management of both Application Systems and also all associated Hardware / IT Infrastructure
- Create Training Program & Content about the Hospital Process and IT Systems for all recent Joiners as a part of their Induction

Educational Qualification: B. Tech (IT) / MHA/ MBA in Healthcare
