Role Description This is a full-time Technical Sales Engineer role based in Pune City with a hybrid work model, combining on-site customer and office visits with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Sales Engineer will identify and engage potential customers, present suitable fastener solutions, and manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to order closure.



Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer technical requirements, preparing quotations, giving product demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves regular communication with customers, coordinating with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and quality issues, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. The Technical Sales Engineer is expected to build solid relationships, meet sales targets, and provide feedback to improve products and services.
Qualificati

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Freshers Preferred. Required training will be provided in Gurgaon for initial 3 months
