At Soul Forest, we're restoring degraded land into thriving biodiverse forests through an 80:20 model—80% nature reserve and 20% eco-sensitive living, wellness, and livelihoods.

Our 250-acre pilot in Veltoor, Telangana, is a living lab of restoration and regeneration. Founded by Earthshot Prize-winning climate entrepreneurs, we're working towards restoring 100,000 acres globally over the next decade.

What's the Role?

Forget the stereotype of a Management Trainee who spends months making reports or sitting on the sidelines. Here, you'll be in the middle of the action.

You'll work across Business Development, Partnerships, Operations, and strategic projects, gaining first-hand exposure to how a fast-growing organisation is built.

You'll work closely with experienced leaders, take ownership early, and learn by doing. Over time, we'll help you discover where your strengths shine and create opportunities for you to grow into that function.

What You'll Do

- Work across Business Development, Partnerships, Operations, and strategic initiatives based on organisational priorities.
- Own projects from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with teams, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep work moving.
- Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, meeting notes, and business documents.
- Use AI tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to work smarter and execute efficiently.
- Adapt quickly, take on new challenges, and contribute wherever support is needed.
- Identify better ways of working and contribute ideas that help Soul Forest grow.

Examples of Projects You May Work On

No two weeks look exactly the same. Depending on business priorities, you might:

- Plan and coordinate a visitor, partner, or investor experience at Veltoor.
- Research new partnerships and prepare recommendations for leadership.




- Coordinate cross-functional projects and keep timelines on track.
- Work with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver on-ground initiatives.
- Build SOPs or improve existing processes.
- Turn complex information into clear presentations and business documents.
- Follow up across stakeholders to ensure projects move from idea to execution.

- Independently own projects from start to finish.

Who We're Looking For

- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates with strong internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to work across multiple functions.
- Someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and enjoys figuring things out.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, restoration, and creating meaningful impact.
