CTC: Up to ₹9.5 LPA

We are hiring experienced Finance professionals for a Lease & Fixed Asset Accounting role with one of the leading global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities.
- Manage Lease Accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle Fixed Asset Accounting , including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset reconciliations.
- Support FP&A; Reporting , including preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.




- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid experience in RTR (Record to Report) .
- Hands-on experience in Lease Accounting .
- Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting .
- Exposure to FP&A; Reporting .
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Eligibility

- Experience: Relevant experience in RTR, Lease Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and FP&A; Reporting.
- Education: B.Com, BBA, BMS, or any Finance Graduate.
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period.
