Role Description Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The counselor will guide prospective learners through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and conducting campus visits or information sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling candidates and families, evaluating applications, maintaining accurate records in admission systems,



and coordinating with academic and administrative teams. The role also involves supporting outreach activities, participating in education fairs or events, and contributing to admission strategies that attract high-potential applicants aligned with the school’s vision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into enrolled learners in an ethical and transparent manner.
