- Counsel prospective parents and students about BBFS Residential Academy programs and provide personalized student counselling and education guidance.
- Manage the complete admissions process from lead enquiry to enrolment.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective families through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings and improve lead conversion
- Build strong relationships with parents and guide them through the admission and decision-making process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience for current admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track admissions progress.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Represent BBFS at trials, webinars, and admission drives as required.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer success, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Passion for education, grassroots development, or sports is preferred.
Good to have
- Experience in schools, universities, edtech, boarding schools, or residential education.
- Experience counselling parents and students on education or career-related decisions.
