About the Role

We are a growing software company looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer to join our marketing team as our in-house design owner. This isn't a role where you'll be doing one thing on repeat — you'll be designing everything from social media creatives to product handbooks, and you'll be expected to use modern AI design tools to work fast and smart.

We are looking for someone early in their career who is genuinely excited about design, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and eager to grow with us. What You'll Be Doing

• Design creatives for web, print, and social media across our brand and product lines

• Support the marketing team with visual assets for campaigns, launches, and day-to-day content needs

• Use AI design tools to create both static and motion graphics efficiently

• Create content for marketing communications and digital marketing campaigns (social posts, ads, banners, etc.)

• Design static HTML/CSS email templates for marketing and product emails

• Design company brochures, product handbooks, user guides, and other business documents

• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints

• Take a concept from brief to final artwork with minimal hand-holding

What We are Looking For

• 1.5–3 years of relevant design experience (agency, startup, or in-house marketing team preferred)

• A strong portfolio that shows range — print, digital, social, and motion work

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud — Photoshop, Illustrator,



and InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus for motion)

• Must be comfortable working with native Adobe file formats (.psd, .ai, .indd) — creating, editing, and organizing layered/editable source files, not just exporting flattened images.

• Hands-on experience with AI design/generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, or similar) used in real projects — not just experimentation

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for building email templates

• Experience designing long-form documents — brochures, handbooks, guides, decks

• A valuable eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency

• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines from different stakeholders

• Based in or willing to be based in Srinagar

Nice to Have

• Basic video editing / motion graphics skills

• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for quick collaborative design

• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (what works on social vs. email vs. print)

Education

- Any degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Strong portfolios from self-taught designers are equally welcome.
