Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US/UK customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Experience in US/UK Voice Process or International BPO.
- Robust communication and active listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
