Senior Digital Campaign Manager — Reliance Jio | Navi Mumbai

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Campaign Manager to own end-to-end execution, governance, and performance analytics for customer campaigns across Jio's digital engagement channels at a scale

What you will own

- End-to-end campaign lifecycle — from requirement gathering and audience segmentation through deployment and post-campaign analysis
- Translation of business requirements into precise targeting and segmentation logic across channels: RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, OBD and CleverTap
- UAT, approval workflows and implementation readiness across all cross-functional stakeholders
- Campaign performance dashboards covering acquisition, engagement, retention, upsell and cross-sell
- KPI tracking, root-cause analysis and continuous optimization of campaign effectiveness
- Process standardization and execution governance across all campaign activities

What you bring

- 5–8 years in digital campaign management, CRM operations, or campaign analytics in a high-volume B2C environment




- Hands-on experience with platforms like CleverTap, RCS, WhatsApp Business, SMS or OBD
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, targeting logic and lifecycle stages
- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills — you're fluent in translating data into decisions
- Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Background in Telecom, Fintech, E-commerce, Internet platforms or large-scale B2C organisations preferred
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or related field; MBA a plus
