About Voy

Since 2019, Voy has transformed the health of more than 20 Lakh members globally across the Europe, Germany, Brazil, and we’re now in India to administer evidence-based, science-led medical care.

Voy India, previously EarlyFit, is India’s first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

What You’ll Be Doing ?

- Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives
- Execute.
- Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end
- Support business planning, research, and decision-making




- Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward
- Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights
- Handle special projects across product, operations, and growth

What We’re Looking For ?

- 4-8 years of experience in consulting or startups
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Ability to work in rapid-paced, unstructured environments
- Clear communication and ownership mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to execute independently
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
