Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to support business development, client relationship management and sales activities. Candidates with experience or knowledge of the steel industry will be preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and build a career in sales may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular field visits and manage office-based sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant government departments and officials as required for business activities.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve organisational goals.
- Prepare emails, reports, presentations and other business communication.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and records of client interactions and sales activities.





Skills and Requirements:

- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email and internet applications.
- Good email drafting and business communication skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible and capable of taking ownership.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic workplace.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Steel industry knowledge or relevant sales experience will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development may apply.
