- Minimum 10 years of Salesforce hands-on experience in different salesforce cloud platforms
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
- Solid background in Cloud Computing solutions cloud computing strategy, system design, implementation and management
- Must have knowledge in Salesforce configurations but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Flows, Permission Set, Profile, SSO etc.
- Sound knowledge in Salesforce Security Model and Data Model
- Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent/Omni Channel, Knowledge Management
- Must have knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations in Salesforce
- Hands-on experience working in Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Bulk API etc.)

Good-to-Have

1. Salesforce Certifications if any

2. Should have handled teams of size 50-70 and should be able to mentor the team.

3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
