Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for web, mobile, enterprise, and eCommerce platforms. The candidate will work closely with developers, UI/UX teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to build intelligent systems including chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, automation workflows, and generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development

- Design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning models.
- Build NLP-based applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI search.
- Develop recommendation engines for eCommerce and service platforms.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
- Work with Generative AI technologies including LLMs and AI APIs.

Data Engineering & Processing

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
- Create data pipelines for AI model training and inference.
- Work with vector databases and embeddings for semantic search.

Integration & Deployment

- Integrate AI models into websites, mobile applications, and enterprise systems.
- Deploy AI services using cloud platforms and APIs.
- Optimize AI systems for real-time performance and scalability.
- Monitor AI models and continuously improve accuracy.

Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with latest AI trends, frameworks, and tools.
- Research new AI capabilities applicable to HRMS, ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and SaaS products.
- Suggest AI-driven automation and optimization opportunities.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with UI/UX, frontend, backend, DevOps, and project management teams.




- Participate in client discussions to understand AI requirements and solution architecture.
- Create technical documentation and AI workflow diagrams.

- Automation tools

- Experience with LLMs like:

- GPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Open-source models

Good to Have

- Experience in AI agents and autonomous workflows.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG architecture.
- Experience with voice AI and speech processing.
- Exposure to MLOps pipelines and CI/CD.
