Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quantity estimations, material reconciliations, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Utilize Primavera P6 software to manage schedules, resources, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and Primavera P6 software.
- Robust understanding of building materials science and industry standards.
