Role & responsibilities

1. Work as an Head ICS Operator at Leather Bag export house

2. Make Bill of Materials (BOM), purchase order release to vendors in a timely manner, Factory Inventory management for all incoming materials

3. Issuing Fabricator Challans and managing weekly payments using ICS

4. Goods Receiving Note (GRN) and Defective Goods Return Note

5. Store and inventory control using ICS software

6. Using ICS software for Material Store management, packing materials and Payroll management (Weekly Skiving, Splitting, Fabricator payment)

7. Vendor management and price negotiations with supplier

8. Daily stock reports to be submitted to management using ICS

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate degree in any field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ICS Operator/ Executive in export house in leather/ fashion accessories production

- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency and experience in using MS office tools- Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ICS software

-Pro active individual with hunger to learn and discipline to succeed

- Strong production planning and team management skills with leadership qualities
