Job Title: Executive Inventory Control

Department: Stores & Inventory
Reporting To: Inventory Manager / Commercial Head

Job Summary
The Executive Inventory Control is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, conducting stock audits, and ensuring optimum inventory levels for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/software and physical records.
Track inward and outward movement of raw materials, trims, WIP, and finished goods.
Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counts.
Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate variances.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams.
Ensure proper documentation of stock transfers,



returns, and adjustments.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and excess inventory.
Support internal and external inventory audits.
Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
35 years of inventory/stores experience, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
