Roles and Responsibility

- Analyze customer feedback and provide constructive criticism to help agents improve their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching and training.
- Evaluate agent progress and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience as a voice coach or in a related field, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze customer feedback and provide constructive criticism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Robust organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience with voice technology and software is an asset.
