Skills Required:

Experience with System Transformation (Pre /
Post Implementation) projects.
Must have Oracle Cloud Fusion/Oracle EBS
security and controls experience.
Familiarity with the phases of the System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and their
supporting artifacts.

Experience testing SDLC control activities.
Experience in leadingwalkthroughs directly
with the client for business and IT processes
and SDLC activities.

Knowledge and experience in testing common
IT application/ automated controls (ITACs)
within the General Ledger, Procurement,
Payables, Order Management, Receivables,
Assets, etc. modules of Oracle.

Experience in reviewing and testing key reports,
ensuring the risks (completeness and
accuracy) related to IPE (Information Produced
by Entity) are addressed.

Strong communication skills to effectively
collaborate with US-based teams and clients.
Thriving in a agile consulting environment,
with a desire to grow within this setting.
Managing client engagements and internal
projects, including budgets, risks, and quality
assurance.

Preparing reports and deliverables for clients
and other stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining internal and
external relationships.
Identifying and pursuing business
opportunities, supporting line management in
proposal development, and managing,
coaching, and supporting team members.




Supporting Engagement Managers with
engagement scoping and planning activities.
Experience in coaching/overseeing with junior
team members, while encouraging in-person
collaboration at the local office to foster
stronger teamwork, accelerate upskilling and
improve efficiency

Collaborating effectively with local and
regional teams and clients.
Supporting Engagement Managers in drafting
client deliverables for review by Engagement
Leaders.

Managing project economics for engagement
teams.
Conducting basic review activities and
providing coaching to junior team members.
Good to Have:

Risk Management Cloud (RMC) experience,

SOX audit and controls experience,
Stay updated on emerging technologies (ex:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AI Agent platform)
and latest developments in the Oracle and
System transformation fields.

Flexibility to attend meetings based in US time
zones to cater to client needs.

Good understanding of audit/controls domain.
Consulting mindset to deliver observations and
recommendations to client.

Education/Qualification

Bachelors or Master's Degree in Accounting,
Management Information Systems or
equivalent,
Minimum Years of Experience: 6+ years of
relevant experience
Chartered Accountant would be preferred,
Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM
are preferred.
