Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Engineer for Ground Mounted and Solar Projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in solar project execution, electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise electrical installation work at solar project sites.

Execute HT/LT cable laying, termination, and panel installation activities.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.

Monitor site progress as per project timeline and quality standards.

Handle testing and commissioning of solar systems.

Ensure compliance with safety and project guidelines.

Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.

Troubleshoot electrical issues during project execution.

Required Skills

Experience in Ground Mounted Solar Projects is mandatory.

Knowledge of solar plant electrical systems.

Understanding of drawings, SLDs, and electrical layouts.

Positive coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage site activities independently.
