About the Job -
We at Accelerate Skills Lab, are hiring for Royal Composites Pvt Ltd, an established manufacturing company for a customer support role at Kolkata.
- Job Designation - Customer Support Executive (Exports)
- Key Responsibilities - Updating customers with their queries. adding orders, sending quotations etc and all activities related to dispatch and customer support/response. Aforementioned activities to be also updated in ERP Systems.
- Salary Range - 3 to 3.75 LPA (CTC). This is negotiable for deserving candidates.
What you must have to apply -
- We are strictly looking for Male candidates within 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Perfect speaking and written communication in English. Students from English Medium Schools are preferable.
- Basic Math's and Excel Skills like VLookup/Hlookup, email management and Microsoft office tools.
- Graduates with Science background up to class 12, preferable.
