HR Recruitment Intern

Location: Kolkata (On-site / Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven HR Recruitment Interns who want hands-on exposure in end-to-end recruitment. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want to build a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Understand client requirements and hiring needs
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on portals
- Support senior recruiters in day-to-day recruitment activities
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation or MBA (HR preferred)




- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Bengali is a plus)
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Comfortable with calling candidates and follow-ups
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and result-oriented mindset
