Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or Above
- Graduates & Undergraduates are welcome
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent spoken English communication is mandatory
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge is required

Work Schedule

- International Inbound Voice Process
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Night Shift
- Shift Window: 4:00 PM 11:00 AM
- Any 9-hour shift within the operational window
- One-Way Cab Facility (Pick-up or Drop) available between 11:00 PM 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
