Job Summary

Sun Knowledge Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Systems & Cloud Administrator to manage and support our enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, cloud services, Windows servers, and identity management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft Entra ID, along with strong troubleshooting and automation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, user accounts, licensing, and security policies.
- Administer Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage Windows Server infrastructure and virtualization platforms.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity lifecycle, and access governance.
- Perform server monitoring, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, email, and cloud-related issues.




- Support internal and external infrastructure audits, including IAM and Microsoft 365 compliance.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high availability and security of IT systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of experience in System Administration or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange
- Active Directory
- Windows Server Administration
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Group Policy (GPO)
- DNS & DHCP
- PowerShell Scripting
- Backup & Recovery
- Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server) will be an added advantage.
