Role & responsibilities

Household Operations

- Manage the smooth day-to-day functioning of the residence.
- Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance, and presentation of all household areas.
- Supervise domestic staff including housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, security personnel, and support staff.
- Create and monitor duty rosters and daily work schedules.

Guest & Hospitality Management

- Welcome and coordinate visits of guests, relatives, and VIP visitors.
- Coordinate family gatherings, celebrations, and special events.

Administration & Coordination

- Liaise with vendors, service providers, maintenance agencies, and contractors.
- Monitor household inventories and replenish supplies as required.




- Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of household equipment and facilities.

Work Requirements

- Willingness to work beyond standard hours whenever required.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays during family events or operational needs.
