We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents, provide information about our courses, and help with admission conversions. The role requires strong communication, convincing ability, and a customer-friendly attitude

Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding institute courses.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission process clearly.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records, follow up with interested leads, and ensure timely responses.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to admission goals.
- Work closely with the counselling team to convert leads into admissions.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
- Solid, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM software).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Preferred candidate profile

- Telecalling experience in the education/coaching sector.
- Prior work in sales, customer service, or call centers.
