Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, and excellent proficiency in SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Perform cost analysis, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using Advanced Excel.
- Maintain and update accounting records in SAP.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.




- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an electrical equipment or manufacturing company.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO module preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
