Role & responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from clients
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases
- Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX teams
- Participate in client meetings
- Maintain project documentation
- Assist during UAT
- Prepare proposals and requirement documents
- Support Agile ceremonies
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Understanding of SDLC
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum
- Experience in requirement gathering (academic projects/internships acceptable)
- Valuable documentation skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into functional requirements
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Wireframing using Figma/Draw.io
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
