- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other metal components as per drawings and specifications

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols

- Set up welding machines and adjust parameters (voltage, current, wire feed speed)

- Inspect welded joints for quality, defects, and alignment

- Maintain welding equipment in valuable working condition

- Follow safety procedures and use PPE (helmet, gloves, apron, etc.)

- Perform grinding, finishing, and rework if needed

- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area

- MIG welding of MS, High tensile sheet( IS 2062, E350, E450,S690)

- SS Welding( 304,316,904, Duplex Sheet) etc.

- To have the quality of doing radiography quality welding of the high tensile sheet and SS plate

- Can perform 1G,2G,3G position welding

- Experience at least 8-10 years in welding job in the industry

- Can Perform necessary fitment checking before welding

- Can perform DP Test

- Preferably with working experience in industrial fans, Fabrication,Turbine,rotating equipt..
