Role & responsibilities

- Handle cashless hospitalization processes for insured patients.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients for pre-authorization and final approvals.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy details.
- Prepare and submit pre-authorization requests and required medical documents.
- Follow up with TPAs/insurers for approval, query resolution, and claim settlement.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, MRD, billing, and other departments for required documentation.
- Ensure accurate billing as per TPA/insurance guidelines.
- Process discharge approvals and facilitate smooth patient discharge.
- Maintain records of approvals, claims, rejections, and settlements.
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports related to TPA activities.




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, TPA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle patient and attendant queries related to insurance and cashless services.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance.
- Knowledge of cashless hospitalization, claim processing, and TPA coordination.
- Valuable communication, MS Office proficiency, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to work in rotational shifts.
