Experience: 5 years (CA post qualification)

Key Requirements:

Experience required in Statutory Audit with any generic sector like manufacturing, pharma, IT, Non-IT, retail, Healthcare or any non banking financial services etc..

Role & responsibilities

- Proven track record of managing projects and driving strategic initiatives, while maintaining strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn, adopt, and implement new technology tools.
- Robust project management skills, particularly managing stakeholders expectations and proactively communicating issues, solutions and progress, internally and with US stakeholders.




- Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective upward management and cross team communication.
- Ability to confidently lead meetings, calls and group discussions with senior level audiences, internally and with US stakeholders.
- Possess well-developed data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and effectively communicate with a wide range of US stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose and implement solutions.

Work experience

5 years of post-qualification experience in Big 4 OR Big 6 audit practice or their shared service center.
