- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with export financing, LC handling, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Description / Responsibilities (IN DETAIL)

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analysis reports.
- Monitor cash flows,



working capital, and fund management.
- Handle export documentation (LCs, Bills of Exchange, BRCs, Bank Negotiation, etc.).
- Coordinate with banks for pre-shipment and post-shipment finance, foreign exchange transactions, and credit facilities.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other export-related financial regulations timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments and prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Track variances and recommend corrective measures for cost efficiency.
- Analyse product costing, overheads, and margin reports for exports.
- Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support digitalisation of accounts and process automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, production, logistics) to align financial operations with business objectives.
