Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
• Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
• Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and upselling
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
Robust experience in target-based calling and revenue generation
Exposure to B2B & B2C sales preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
