Job Title: Manager Operations (Grocery FC 3POperations)

Job Summary

The Manager Operations will be responsible for end-to-endmanagement of Grocery Fulfillment Center (FC) 3P operations, ensuring seamlessinbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.The role focuses on driving operational excellence, SLA adherence, costefficiency, and high service levels in a fast-paced grocery fulfillmentenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End FC Operations

- Lead daily Grocery FC operations including inbound, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure smooth execution of 3P operations with high efficiency and minimal errors.

- Manage order flow to meet cut-off times and customer delivery commitments.

- Coordinate across inbound, outbound, inventory, and transportation teams.

Inventory Stock Management

- Ensure high inventory accuracy and stock integrity across all grocery SKUs.

- Oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes.

- Monitor shrinkage, expiry, damage, and ageing inventory with strict control measures.

- Ensure proper SKU placement, bin management, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

SLA Performance Management

- Drive key KPIs including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, and dispatch timelines.

- Monitor and improve productivity metrics across all FC functions.

- Ensure adherence to service level agreements for 3P partners and customers.

- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions for SLA misses.

Team Leadership Manpower Management

- Lead and manage large operational teams including supervisors and ground staff.

- Plan manpower deployment based on volume forecasts and peak fluctuations.

- Drive training, performance management, and capability development of teams.

- Foster a disciplined, safe, and high-performance work culture.

Process Excellence Improvement

- Implement and sustain process improvements using Lean, 5S, and RCA methodologies.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.

- Standardize processes across FC operations and ensure SOP compliance.

- Lead site-level operational charters and improvement programs.

Stakeholder 3P Coordination

- Manage relationships with 3P partners and ensure smooth coordination.

- Collaborate with central teams (Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory, Transport, Finance).

- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution within TAT.

- Communicate performance updates, risks, and action plans to leadership.

Safety Compliance

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse regulations, and audit requirements.

- Maintain secure handling practices for all material handling and warehouse operations.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications Experience

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 610 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment center operations.

- Experience in grocery, FMCG, or high-SKU fast-moving operations preferred.

- Proven experience managing 3P operations and large-scale FC environments.
