Job Description: Real Estate Telecaller / Presales Executive

About Us

We are a leading real estate firm based in Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata. We specialize in residential and commercial properties across Kolkata and nearby regions. We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Real Estate Telecaller / Presales Executive to join our growth team at our EP Block, Sector V office.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Call potential buyers/investors from provided databases to introduce new residential and commercial projects.
- Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements (budget, location preferences, property type) and filter high-intent prospective buyers.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Pitch project highlights to prospects and book qualified appointments/site visits for the field sales team.
- Follow-Up Management: Maintain continuous contact with prospective leads, address initial queries, and nurture leads through cold, warm, and hot stages.
- CRM & Database Maintenance: Accurately update call logs, lead statuses, feedback, and visit schedules in the company CRM/Excel system.




- Coordination: Coordinate closely with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handovers for site visits and client meetings.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in telecalling/presales (prior real estate, finance, or BPO experience is a major plus; freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome).
- Languages Known: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory; functional English is required.
- Key Skills:

- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Ability to manage rejection positively and maintain a professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software).
