Job Description

- User Support
- Provide first-line support to end-users for application-related issues
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems

- Issue Diagnosis and Resolution

- Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes
- Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner

- Documentation

- Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions
- Update knowledge base articles and user manuals, including security protocols

- Monitoring and Maintenance

- Monitor application performance, availability, and security alerts
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks, system updates, and security patches

- Collaboration

- Work with development teams to escalate complex issues and security vulnerabilities
- Communicate effectively with users regarding issue status and resolution

- Compliance Awareness

- Ensure adherence to enterprise compliance standards in support processes




- Assist in maintaining documentation for compliance audits

Technical Skill Set

- NET, JavaScript, HTML, WCF/WebAPI, XML and JSON
- Knowledge on n AI technology
- Functional testing: writing and executing test scripts; writing bug reports; reviewing documentation;

Role Requirements / Specifications

- Robust customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Analysing the requirements of the project, scope changes, issues, bugs. Ability to work cross functionally and multiple platforms to resolve technical, procedural, and operational issues
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills to ensure clarity of communication to business users/senior executives and team members

Qualification

- BCA/B.Sc./B.Tech / MCA with 3 years of similar job
