;As a Functional Consultant at FACT Software Group, you will wear many hats and have the prospect to progress within the company. FACT Software provides best-of-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions to clients from a broad range of industries. You will work in our Implementation and Support team to deliver high-quality customer service to our clients, and learn about the entire post-sales process.

;Key Responsibilities

;Implementation & Training :

- ;Project Implementation from Kick-Off to Go Live

- ;Requirement Gathering & Business Process Mapping

- ;System Setup, Configuration & Implementation

- ;FRD Documentation

- ;End-User Training

;Helpdesk & Support Activities :

- ;Attend to Inbound & Outbound Helpdesk requests via Email & Phone etc

- ;Post Implementation Support

- ;Ability to develop loyal, ongoing relationships with customers

- ;Maintain high degree of customer engagement and satisfaction

- ;Responsible for retention and up-selling to current clients

- ;Diligently follow-up on renewal of Annual Maintenance Plans

;Pre-Sales & Project Scoping:

- ;Product Demonstration

- ;Assist the Sales Team in

- ;Project Scoping

- ;Documenting Proposals & RFP responses





- ;Sales-To-Implementation Project Handover Documentation

- ;You may visit clients onsite for implementation and training on new projects as well as for existing clients.

;Basic Requirements
- ;High degree of technical competency with computer systems and software

- ;B.Com Freshers with solid Accounting language

- ;Solid foundational Accounting knowledge

- ;0 6 Years of Experience in ERP Domain

- ;Preferably worked in ERP Help Desk/Implementation

- ;Language Known : English (Read, Write and Speak), ;Bengali (Speak), Hindi (Speak)

- ;Excellent communications skills and client management skills

- ;Bachelor s Degree (Commerce)

- ;Must be located in Kolkata
