- Performance Management System- Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and appraisal cycles.

- Employee Engagement - Lead employee engagement and employee connect initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.

- Training and Development - Design, coordinate, and implement Training & Development programs based on organizational and employee development needs.

- HR Business Partnering - Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) by partnering with business leaders, providing HR guidance, and supporting people-related initiatives. Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.

- Recruitment - Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

Qualifications

-- 10+ years of relevant HR experience.

-- Hands-on experience in managing HRMS

-- Retail Background is preferred.

-- Expertise in HRBP Activities
