Role & responsibilities

1. Monitoring & implementation of IT related automation projects.

2. Supporting the team in compilation of monthly secondary sales & MIS.

3. Supporting the team in budgeting exercise.

4. Supporting the management/ team on regular basis on analysis of data as & when

needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily / periodical interaction with IT team & other functional members in

completing ongoing / recent IT related projects.

2. Daily/ weekly / monthly reporting of distributor sales, various other reports &

analysis etc.

3. Monthly reconciliation of distributor inventory & analysis

4. Interaction with internal team members & obtaining inputs for compilation of

monthly MIS & assisting the team in compilation of annual budgets.

5. Forecasting / Demand planning/ Distributor Inventory controls

6. Supporting the team with data analysis as & when required.

Supporting the team with NPD outlook

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-10 years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in SAP
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
- Experience in distributor inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other analytics tools is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
