At Akova, we are seeking a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can strengthen our digital presence, generate quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Role Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the company's digital presence across various online platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. • Create, manage, and monitor Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI/ROAS.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Coordinate content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns. • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, agencies, and industry partners for PR activities and brand collaborations.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.



• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
