Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing passenger trends, route profitability, and operational costs to drive the company s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor pricing strategies based on peak seasons (Eid, Durga Puja), weekends, and competitor pricing.
having skills and experience in Offer creation & management Issue Tracking
Production Support Scope Planning & Prioritisation,
creating new enhancement request in Jira
Business Acceptance Testing ( BAT), SQL, Power BI Dashboard & Ms Excel.
Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to understand project scope along with system goals, and requirements.
Examine and analyse business models and identify Clients Requirements.
Analysis the benchmarks for the software to meet the market standard.
Based on requirement and analysis prepare Functional Requirement Document (FRD) with proper flow diagram, system design and database design.




Strategize development process with proper road map.
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
Work distribution and team management.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback and address any concerns.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback collection for refinement.
Prepare budget and target setting process for account.

Candidate Skills

- Candidate must have graduation
- Must Have 3-5 years of relevant experience
- In Technical Tools - Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA), Data Visualization (Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio) and SQL Knowledge preferred.
- Along with technical knowledge robust communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, and English).
- Must be able to manage a diverse workforce and also have experience in work under pressure.
