- Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas for various projects

- Design and produce high-quality visual content across multiple channels including branding, social media, website design, etc

- Manage and oversee the entire design process from conception to final delivery

- Ensure all design work aligns with the clients brand identity and guidelines

- Collaborate with account managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software/tools to enhance design capabilities

- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds

- Utilize 3D programs such as Blender, Cinema 4D, etc to enhance design output

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field





- 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Solid portfolio showcasing previous design work across various mediums
