Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Management:

- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

as per IGAAP & IND AS.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss

statements, and other financial reports.

Accounting Operations:

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions such as bank transactions, Accounts payable, Accounts

Receivable.

- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory

requirements.

3. Taxation and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing returns for TDS, GST, and

other applicable taxes.

- Coordinate with tax consultants for resolving taxation-related queries and issues.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with other departments.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.

5. Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review.

Vendor and Customer Management:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and

collections from customers.

- Perform vendor and customer reconciliations and manage aging reports.

7. Internal Controls and Audits:

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.

8. MIS Reporting:

- Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports, including cash flow statements,

customer aging reports, and vendor aging reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software i.e. SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- CA with Bachelors / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
