Job Title- Logistics Manager

Location-Head Office- Kolkata

Key Responsibilities-

- Outbound Road Logistics Movement:

1. Oversee end to end outbound logistics operations across regional & national routes.
2. Ensure timely & cost-effective delivery to retail outlets & customers.

- Strategic planning & Execution:

1. Develop & implement Short- & long-term logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Forecast demand and align logistics capacity to support retail expansion.

- Vendor Development & Management:

1. Evaluate, onboard, and manage logistics partners and transport vendors.
2. Negotiate contract and ensure service level compliance.

Desired skills & Experience-

- Proven experience in logistics leadership, from paints sector.
- Solid understanding of outbound road transportation network and cost structure
- Knowledge in vendor management & contract negotiation
- Familiarity with logistics automation tools and digital platform (hands on experience in SAP is mandatory).
