About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Car Desk Senior Manager to oversee and streamline our car rental and ground transport operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring service quality, vendor negotiations, and driving operational efficiency across all travel-related logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the car desk operations team across multiple cities, ensuring timely and productive transport arrangements.

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with car rental vendors and transport partners.

- Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and SLAs to optimize cost and service quality.

- Monitor vehicle allocation, scheduling, billing, and vendor performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.

- Handle escalations, emergencies, and last-minute changes with professionalism and speed.

- Prepare performance reports, vendor evaluations, and MIS summaries for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Travel,



or Operations Management.

- 8+ years of experience in car rental, logistics, or corporate travel management, including 3+ years in a senior role.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver timely results.
